Situated in the heart of LA County, the City of Beverly Hills is  a neighborhood of homes and shops with a population of approximately 34,000 residents. The mix of housing types in Beverly Hills can be best described as single family detached and attached homes, and multi-family dwellings like apartments and condominiums. The city is gradually developing and since 2010, has experienced a three percent increase in its housing stock.


All the new project constructions and remodeling of condos and apartments; and structural plans are regulated by the Community Development Department. We have been serving residents of Beverly Hills for more than 33 years and have worked cohesively on several residential projects within the city.


You can meet the Planning Division officials any time between 7:30am-5:30pm from Monday to Thursday and between 8:00am-5:00pm on Friday. Their offices are closed on the weekend and public holidays. However, if it is impossible for you to take out time from your tight schedule and meet the Planning Division official in person then allow us to help you.
