The Beverly 4847 project is a 16-unit apartment building located in the heart of Los Angeles. Our firm provided civil engineering services based on architectural plans that used eclectic design aesthetics. The apartment building sits on a 7,275 square foot lot in a R3-1 zone which carries a medium residential general plan land use designation. Our street improvement plans called for the reconstruction of the existing sidewalk and driveway apron along 100’ of frontage. The grading on this project consisted of approximately 5,900 cubic yards of export in the subterranean garage areas spanning from both adjacent and neighboring properties. Our team worked closely with the Los Angeles grading division through the permitting stage and approvals.
