The Seeley Building is a creative complex located within a distinctive historic building at the intersection of Atwater village and Brand in the city of Glendale. This project was a renovation which included the additional space for creative offices in 2012 and was originally built in 1925. The complex consists of 3 stories totaling approximately 65,000 square feet. Our team worked closely with the client on improving the frontage and access to the proposed creative space from Brand Boulevard. The client provided our team with a survey of the property and street which we used to engineer the new driveway approaches and sidewalk improvement. This project was plan checked and approved by the city of Glendale public works department.
