The CG (Commercial General) District designates locations along major streets suitable for small- to medium-scale commercial uses, focusing on retail, office, and service uses that benefit the local community. Additionally, live/work and mixed-use developments may be permitted in this area.

The CC (Commercial Community) District identifies locations suitable for various medium-scale commercial uses, focusing on community-serving retail, restaurant, and service uses that may share parking and provide access to a local or regional market area.

The CD (Commercial-Downtown) District is applied to the area identified by the General Plan as the Downtown area. With a focus on retail, entertainment, restaurant, and cultural uses, this district’s requirements are meant to promote medium- and large-scale commercial uses. Additionally, live/work usage and mixed-use may be permitted in this area. The CD District’s development guidelines are designed to create a pedestrian-friendly environment.

The CRR (Commercial Regional Retail) District identifies locations suitable for large-scale commercial uses. It emphasizes various retail uses, such as anchor tenants, entertainment, and restaurant uses that may share parking and service a regional market area.

The CRB (Commercial Regional Business Park) District designates locations suitable for substantial office and business park complexes with shared parking, including particular light industrial applications.

The IL (Light Industrial) District covers locations suitable for processing, distributing, and storing activities associated with light manufacturing and light industrial.
