CITY OF GRAND TERRACE
The City of Grand Terrace is located between Colton and Highgrave and the two mountain ridges, La Loma Hills and the Blue Mountain. As per the 2010 census, it has a population of 12,040. The city was incorporated in 1978. In 2007, the city was listed in the “Top 100 Cities to Live In” by Money magazine.
The organized city has the highest median income in the Inland Empire, the zero violent crime and quiet neighborhoods make it a great place to live and conduct business in. If you’re thinking about setting up or renovating a residential or commercial project in the area, you need to obtain a permit from the Grand Terrace Community Development Department. They can be reached at their official number, (909) 824-6621, or at their office on 22795 Barton Rd, Grand Terrace, CA 92313 from Mondays through Fridays.
The Eden Group can offer you their assistance. Our civil and structural engineers in Grand Terrance have been working with the city’s Planning Department for many years. They have gained an insider’s perspective of the permit approval process and understand the legal language and what factors come into play during the rejection or approval decision. They have developed drainage plans, grading plans, street improvement plans, structural plans and hydrology plans for numerous clients over the years and can offer their skills and resources to you, too.
