CITY OF HEMET
The City of Hemet was officially incorporated in 1910. The city had seen its spurt of growth after the artificial Lake Hemet was formed in 1895. It is also home to one of USA’s longest-running outdoor plays, ‘The Ramona Pageant’, which is also California’s official outdoor play. As of 2010, the city has a population of 78,657.
Hemet is a great place to live and work in. If you’re interested in building a residential and commercial project, or remodeling the existing ones, then you need to have the structural plans of your project approved by the Hemet Community Development Department. They can be reached at their official number, (951) 765-2300 or at their office on 445 E. Florida Ave., Hemet, CA 92543. Or, you can have a professional civil or structural engineer in the City of Banning meet with the authorities and present them with well-developed plans that meet all legal criteria. This would drastically increase your chances of approval.
The Eden Group can help you here. We have been working with the city’s Planning Department for several years. This has equipped us with the understanding of their process and the key elements that are essential for a permit to be approved, and we can offer you our resources.
Our civil and structural engineers can develop grading plans, drainage plans and hydrology plans and more. They can help you with relevant paperwork that presents your project in the best light without any misplaced phrases or words that may trigger rejection. Talk to us today!
