CITY OF PERRIS

The City of Perris has a Mediterranean climate and the bright, sunny region is a great place to live in. The region, originally a part of the San Diego County, was incorporated as a city in 1911, and named in honor of the chief engineer of the California Southern Railroad, Fred T. Perris. The population, as per the 2010 census, is 68,386.

If you need to develop or remodel a residential or commercial project in the region, you need to send your structural plans to the Perris Community Development Department. They can be reached at their official number, (951) 943 6100, or at their office on 101 N. D Street, Perris, CA 92570 from Mondays through Fridays. However, if you have no prior guidance and bring in your plans and documentation without ensuring that they align with every legal aspect, your project may be rejected.

The Eden Group will help you avoid this trouble by developing drainage plans, grading plans, street improvement plans and hydrology plans and documentation and presenting them to the relevant authorities in the most reliable manner. Our civil and structural engineers in Indio have been working with the city’s Planning Department for several years and understand the permit process. We know what factors come into play in the proceedings and can use that information to increase your chances of approval. Reach out to our experts today and we can discuss the needs of your project and we can get right on helping you get your project approval.
