Located 30 miles south east of the LA International Airport and exactly 4 miles west of the 605 Freeway, Signal Hill is a small city scattered over an area of 2.2 square miles. Their public counter hours are 7:30am to 5:30pm from Monday to Thursday. However, on Fridays, they are open from 7:30am to 4:30pm.
